Shipping policy

We use Amazon fulfilment centres in the Australia, the United Kingdom and the European Union, which means faster delivery times for our customers.

All Australian orders are shipped from within Australia. All UK orders are shipped from within the UK, and all orders from Germany, Italy, Spain, France or Poland will be shipped from Amazon warehouses within the EU.

Gower Health & Fitness Solutions Limited is VAT registered in each of these markets and VAT is included in the price of each good so we collect and pay the VAT and the customer has nothing further to pay.
